Brownies and Hugs

Grandma and Papa were needing a little "Ben" time, so they spent a lazy Sunday with us recently. They came down in the morning and played with Ben for a while before he went down for his nap, then the grown-ups hung out and watched some football. Once Ben woke up, it was time to make some brownies! Ben LOVES helping us in the kitchen - whether it's preparing coffee in the morning, telling me what I need to eat Cheerios in the morning, or watching Jim cook dinner at night. Ben was excited to help make brownies and even more excited to sample the batter! :) We all hung out, watched some more football, and just enjoyed the evening together. Ben gave them some nice big hugs (a relatively new and AWESOME new thing Ben does) before they had to leave. Thanks for coming down Grandma and Papa - we love you!
