Our good friends, Tracy and Marcos, welcomed a beautiful baby boy, Troy Austin, 3 weeks ago on Thanksgiving day. I can't believe one of my friends is now the mother of 2 kids! It's amazing to be around a newborn again - how quickly you forget how little they are - I almost felt awkward holding him. I was lucky enough to pop in on them the Sunday after Thanksgiving on our drive home from Orange County (Jim and Ben waited in the car since Ben was fighting a cold) to meet Troy for the first time. Then yesterday I visited during my lunch. Troy slept through my entire visit, waking up to eat as I was leaving. What a cutie; congrats Tracy and Marcos and big sister Emery!
