Jim and I have spent a couple of date nights enjoying the music of Ottopilot - a brother duo who cover bands like Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, David Gray, Jason Mraz, and many more, as well as performing some of their original music. They are REALLY good and we can't believe they are still just the "house" band for Blue Fire Grill at La Costa. What a treat to sit outside, drink some wine, and listen to some great music. Last Friday we decided to stop by for a bit, this time with Ben, to see if he enjoyed the music as well. We were on our way to Orange County anyway, so if it was a bust, then no big deal. Well, Ben LOVED it! He was dancing, running all around with the other kids, checking out the big fountain, and just enjoying the whole atmosphere. What a great start to the weekend.
