Then it was time to head to school! Ben's school does a great job with their Harvest Festival - first the kids walk around the playground to music for the "parade", then they have a classroom party, and then they play carnival games. One year, they had the games in the classrooms, one year they were all in the chapel, and this year they had them outside, on the grassy area above the school. They even had 2 bounce houses this year which was new. I am fortunate enough that I can take the time off of work and witness all the activities and volunteer to help where needed. And Ben is always so excited to have me there, which makes it so special.
