Gobble gobble

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend up at my parent's house in OC. As usual, the holiday consisted of lots of Grandma and Papa time, playing at the park, tons of yummy food, football, golf for the guys and a trip to Pretend City for me, Ben and my Mom. :) One thing we did miss was my sister and her family - poor Ben kept asking if Chase would be at my parent's house when we got there. At least next time we go up for Christmas, we can say "YES HE WILL BE!"

I am so thankful for so many things this year - my wonderful husband, our amazing son who continues to bring so much light into our lives every day, my parents for showing all of us unconditional love and support in so many ways, my sister who is my best friend and the incredible family she has created with Craig, my in-laws who we do not get to see nearly enough and miss dearly, our friends who support and love us, our good fortune to have great jobs and to be able to purchase our first home this year. I definitely feel blessed.
