Rodeo Day

Ben's school had "Rodeo Day" a couple of weeks ago and the flyer said to wear your cowboy gear. I was so excited because Ben was a cowboy for Halloween last year, so we could actually get another use out of the costume!  And we didn't have to run around trying to find something to wear last minute. :)

Ben showed up to school all decked out and so excited.  Of course, not many of the other kids dressed up much since we were given little notice and it's not so easy to find costumes this time of the year.  There were a few cowboy hats and some boots, but that was about it.  Ben was hands-down the most dressed up and he LOVED the attention!

I didn't go to the festivities, but they had a BBQ outside, a mini-petting zoo, and horse rides.  One of the other Moms sent me a couple of pictures from her phone, which was so nice.  Ben said he had a great day.
