We took Ben to the Del Mar driving range this weekend to let him try out his new clubs. We spent some time on the chipping greens, mostly trying to stay out of everyone else's way! LOL! Ben did pretty good - my parents had gotten him left-handed clubs because he always tended to hit that way with his plastic clubs, but of course now he's trying to hit right-handed. So we might need to switch them out. After practicing our putting, we decided to give the Mini Golf course a try. That didn't last long, but Ben did like the one hole with the octopus where the ball could go into 3 different holes on the top level and spit out the tubes on the bottom level.
We ended our afternoon in Del Mar playing at the park by the beach. I love going there for the incredible view and the kids LOVE every time a train passes by - everyone runs over to watch, it's hilarious.
