Big Choo-Choo Train Table (Frisbee Christmas)

Since we would be celebrating Christmas with my parents and Lori, Craig, Chase and Brady this year up in Orange County, we decided to have our little Frisbee family Christmas a few days early. That way we could reveal the big Santa gifts and relax/play all morning before heading out of town (and away from Ben's new toys). Jim spent a couple of nights putting the train table together - we couldn't wait to see his reaction since the only thing Ben told Santa he wanted for Christmas (and I think we saw Santa about 5 times/places this year) was a "big choo-choo train table". Not just a train, but the table too! Hahaha.

Ben came down that morning with a huge smile on his face (since he saw the table from the top of the stairs) and went directly to the trains and started playing. He even turned down his morning milk, so we knew it was a hit! The only problem was trying to get Ben to open any presents after showing him the new train table. Instead Jim and I opened our stocking gifts and all of our presents from Jim's side of the family while Ben played with his trains. Ben eventually saw the other gifts and opened them all at once. Jim's family showered Ben with all kinds of presents - more trains, books, art supplies, a water tower for his train table, and new clothes. We finished up the morning eating cinnamon rolls and checking out the gifts in Ben's stocking. What a great way to kick-off Christmas.
