Happy 2nd Birthday to Emery!

Tracy and Marcos had a small, casual get together at the beach in Del Mar to celebrate Emery's 2nd birthday and we had the best time. What a great month to have a birthday - it's always going to be great beach and pool weather. Now that it has finally gotten HOT this summer, the beach was the perfect place for the kids to play and stay cool. They couldn't have picked a better spot for a kid's birthday party with the big grassy area, a playground and the beach all within a few feet of each other. The kids played at the playground, ate pizza and cupcakes and then had a blast down at the beach and in the water. I figured Ben was going to love it and he did. It took a couple of minutes for him to get comfortable, but then he was off and running! In and out of the water, playing in the sand, fascinated by seaweed and just laughing the whole time. Happy Birthday Miss Emery - you know how to throw a party! :)
