Action Packed Weekend

What a great weekend! We spent this past weekend in OC with my parents and Lori, Craig and Chase. It was so nice to see them again after 5 weeks and boy has Chase turned into quite the handsome little man! It is incredible how quickly he is growing and changing.

Friday night we had a dual birthday celebration for Lori and Jim. Saturday the guys golfed while the ladies went for a walk with Chase around Santa Margarita Lake. That afternoon we enjoyed the great weather around the pool. Saturday night we spent the evening on the water in Newport Harbor - my parents rented a boat for a couple of hours so we cruised the harbor while enjoying a light dinner or crackers, cheese, fruit and of course wine!

Sunday the guys drove Nascar cars! Each of them got suited up in their fire-resistant clothes, put on the helmet and gloves and slid through the windows into their cars to race around the track for 20 laps. They had a great time and we cheered them on from the stands!
