Ben recently had his 5-year doctor visit:
Height: 40.8" (11.54%)
Weight: 34 lbs (6.23%)
BMI: 14.37 kg/m2 (15.45%)
He also finally did the vision and hearing tests and passed them both, no problem.

Although he is small, he continues to follow his own growth curve and is perfectly healthy. The Dr. thinks he will be one of those kids who grows about 4 inches over one summer in High School. I guess we'll see.
He also got his last round of shots for a while (age 10 except the yearly flu shot). 4 shots at once is no fun, but he was pretty brave through it. The Dtap shot got pretty red and swollen the next day, but it didn't seem to bother him too much and after a call to the nurse, I found out that is perfectly normal. :)
Oliver's stats at his 2-month appointment:
Height: 24" (89%)
Weight: 10 lbs, 12 oz (14%)
Head Circumference: 15 1/4" (36%)
Another lean child! The Dr. said he dipped down on his growth chart for weight a bit, but he is very tall and perfectly healthy, so no need to worry. He said some kids are just naturally lean - I told him I was very aware of that! :)
And just as Ben was getting his last round of shots, Oliver was just getting started! He got 3 shots in the legs and the oral vaccine as well (which he took no problem - Ben had trouble with that one). He cried for a minute, but was good to go right away and didn't seem to have any reaction to them - except lots of sleep the rest of the afternoon. :)
